All prices are for labour only unless otherwise stated.

 

We carry full public and employer’s liability insurances that cover our business for £2,000,000.

 

Any labour carried out by us is fully guaranteed.  Parts and materials will be covered by suppliers’ own guarantee.

 

A deposit, being a percentage of the contract price, is required on commencement of work.

 

Our normal working times are 8.00am to 5.00pm and subject to change if required.

 

We are happy to collect any materials for you or materials you source from local suppliers. A cash float will be required to pay for goods.

 

A weekly payment will be required and is subject to performance and targets if contract runs more than one week and the amount is to be agreed.

 

Payments from contract price outstanding become due and payable on the day of completion and your satisfaction.

 

When ordering materials, we will require a payment for these material costs. Any materials purchased by us will remain our property until payment is made.

 

Clients will be required to sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.

 

We no longer accept cheques. We are not VAT registered. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.
